Shipping
Custom pairs are built after your order is placed. Build time and shipping options are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email.
Shipping rates and regions are managed in Shopify. Add a Shipping Policy in Shopify admin → Settings → Policies and it will appear here automatically.
Returns & exchanges
Because each pair is made to your design, we handle returns case by case. If something arrived wrong or damaged, contact us with your order number and design number and we’ll make it right.
