Accessibility

Built for everyone.

We want designing a pair to be as easy with a keyboard or screen reader as it is with a thumb.

What we do

  • Every control in the Lab — sole colors, sizes, straps, charms — is a real button with a text label, keyboard focus and a visible focus ring. Color swatches work as a radio group with arrow keys.
  • Charms can be added with a tap or click; drag-and-drop is optional, never required.
  • The photo-based preview supplements the text description. All product information (color names, Pantone references, material, size, price) is available as text and announced when it changes.
  • We respect your reduced-motion setting: scroll choreography and snap animations are simplified, and the homepage story becomes a static sequence.
  • Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast targets on our off-white backgrounds.
  • Drawers and dialogs trap focus, close with Escape and return focus when dismissed.

Tell us if something is in the way

If any part of FlipLab is hard to use, contact us and tell us what happened and what you were using. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and fix them.
